Expression decreases with ES differentiation.,function:May act as a transcription regulator (By similarity). When overexpressed, promotes cells to enter into S phase and proliferation.,function:Transcription regulator involved in inner cell mass and embryonic stem (ES) cells proliferation and self-renewal.
